this has just happened to me the once but i see someone else has had similar issues serato.com
so thought id bring it up in case there is something wrong
during play back the audio became distorted the file was a good analysed file i then loaded another file and got no sound at all tried a few more and still the same , but the controller was working the software normally i tried a different usb port still no sound, only by powering down the unit for a few seconds and then powering back up did it start working again fine
