Hardware is not recognized on my Macbook Air computer.

It keeps saying the hardware is disconnected. Followed all the trouble shooting tips in the manual. It works when I hook it up to a Macbook Pro with the same operating system. Please advise.

Yes, the platters do illuminate. And the weird thing is that when I change something, say the pitch, the light goes on saying it's transmitting data.

Hi djtshadow,

I think it is the audio midi setup. Can you please refer to these steps to see if this helps. Thanks.

Open Applications
Open Utilities
Open Audio Midi Setup
Under Window Tab click on Open Midi Window
Under Configuration Click New Configuration
Name the new configuration VCi-300
Once done it should recognize Itch

For some reason it still doesn't recognize itch. However, when I touch the turntables, it makes this high pitched wobble sound.
