Can't find how to authorise it since installing it on a new Mac

HI - Updated my studio computer to a new Macpro and although I have an iLok with Pitch n Time on there I can't seem to authorise it from your website. Please help!

Hi JonDixon,

You may have missed it when purchasing the product, but there was a box to enter your iLok ID and have the license sent to your account.

It does not appear that you have this yet. When you are logged into serato.com you can go to your products page here: serato.com

You will see a Pitch 'n Time LE license registered here, and after clicking "show serial numbers" it will reveal the code and show a box where you can enter your iLok ID.

This will then send the license to your iLok account and you can then transfer it to your iLok key in order to authorize the plugin when using it.

Let me know if you have any trouble doing this, and perhaps Private Message me your iLok ID and I can do it for you.

Hi - thanks for your first reply - I now seem to have it installed on my iLok account but it crashes the Logic AU manager on startup - I've installed the latest version but it still does not work? ANy ideas?

Hi JonDixon,

Unfortunately this is a known issue for users with Logic Pro on OS X 10.7.0 and above.

We have an FAQ about it here > serato.com

Usually it is eventually able to used, but currently there is no solution to getting the pesky validation crash message upon startup.

This is something we would like to fix in the future but I could not say exactly when it will happen unfortunately.

Let me know if you are still unable to get it going after checking out the FAQ.
