I used my new serato intro with the ddj ergo for the first time in a club this weekend. Friday night i started playing at 21h00 and at 1h00 it just stop. I switched off the ddj erego and exit the software and it worked fine after that. Saturday i started playing at 22h00 and at 2h00 it was doing the same. it just stop working in the middle of a song. this is really embarrising and i need to know why it keeps on stop functioning exactly after 4 hours whilr playing??? Please help me

Hey Ronnie DJ,

Any chance you had any scheduled tasks on your P.C. Also did you see if the CPU started to spike? Be good to see if the CPU was overheating or overworking.

Hi Dave

No spike of Cpu. It was very low and far from peaking. With regards to schedule programmes it is set up to only run during dyatime between 15h00 and 16h00, including a full scan. I have also turned of all background programmes so there should not be any interferance especially at night. The controller is also updated with the latest firmware from pioneer

Could you please follow link to do a DPC Trace report for us to have a look at whats going on here : serato.com

Also make sure your Wireless and bluetooth is off.

Attach the DPC Trace Report as a text file please on thread.
