The Controller Jog when moved clockwise slows the music, and counterclockwise it is adding music, unlike other software. is this normal? Is there any command to reverse it?

Go to the Pioneer website and update the firmware on the Ergo.

I have updated the firmware of the ERGO to the most current and downloaded the most current version of serato DJ intro and the jog wheel is still inverted.

Any other ideas?

Hey Marecelo,

There maybe some interference with the controller, are you using a USB Hub? Do you have any other USB devices connected to your Mac?
