I keep relocating files and still says Unsopported files and they wont play at all...I did not have any problems with the older versions....

thanks for getting in touch. What format are the majority of your files? ITCH supports WAV, AIFF, MP3, MP4, AAC, OGG Vorbis, and Apple Lossless (ALAC) formats.

When you say you are relocating files, where are you moving them to?

Thanks for replying Mythew,

the majority are in MP3.....there are some in WAV.....I have most of my songs on my External Hard drive....I meant to say Anylize the files not relocate them......the songs that are in WAV format Itch does not play them at all since I had the program...

Yes I'm running Itch 2.1.... I get them from iTunes....and music that I buy from stores as CD's

could you check the WAV files for frequency and bits? for example 44khz, 16bit

But is not only the WAV Files is also the MP3 files tha say unssoported....and where do I check the frequency and bit of the files..??

Now some of my files have a m4a format and they also say unssoported files... When I try to load them...

okay, it seems there's something wrong with your system in general.
can you play the files fine otherwise? some media player or so?
