I was tested Vci-400 with Dj Intro last whole night, I found out some problem.

1. Dj Intro without "Rec".
2. Dj Intro can not zoom in or zoom out the wave from.
3. The words also can not zoom in or zoom out.
4. Can set 1 to 5 cue point, but Vci-400 just have 4 point to select.
5. Without cue point number showing in Dj Intro, U never know which point is which button.
6. Played song have "green up". ITCH can read Scratch Live "greed up" but Dj Intro can not.
7. Vci-400 output power is lower than other controller like S-1.

Hi KelvinBlunder,

I do apologize about the inconvenience. Dj intro is basically a beginner type program and unfortunately it is limited. As far as the VCi-400 power issue it is different from different controllers. Hope this helps. Thanks.

So,, i feel its had litter bit XX ,, because serato said dj intro is create for who love music,, better serato should say for the beginner. I guess so many user got this problem.
and,, Do u know that, will serato make Itch support Vci-400 in the future..?
Or,, Can I make this request to them..? is it possible..?

Or pls make Dj intro can sync with itch or scratch live history (green up history) and make dj intro can keep the history everytime colse the program. Thank you.
And I think rec function is importen. Even for the beginner.

Hi KelvinBlunder ,

I do apologize but serato itch is not compatible with the 400 I'm sorry to say. The VCI-400 is fairly new. I'm pretty sure there will be future updates. Please stay tuned to Serato.com for any updates. Hope this helps. Thanks.

1. How do you engage the MIC or MIC EQ in DJ Intro with the VCI-400?
2. I getting 2 or 3 drop outs per hour. how can I address that?
