Have you had it going in the past?
Have you tried a new USB cable?
Try reinstalling Dj Intro with the Typhoon connected.

Hey DJViscid,

Your Typhoon should show up in your Device drivers as a plug and play driver. What's happening with the Typhoon, is the lights coming on when you plug it in to the PC?

Are you using other Midi devices with your setup?
Are you using a USB Hub, if so is it a power hub?

yes the lights turn on but wen serato is opened up the volume for the 2 decks are at the maximum level but no sound.

O.k let me just understand a few things.

Do you get the two little circle's in DJ Intro when you have the Typhoon connected?

A USB Hub is a device which is like a little box with more usb ports on it which plugs into you computer so you can have more usb ports available. I guess you don't have one of theses?

Midi devices are (MIDI = Musical Instrument Digital Interface) So maybe a keyboard or other effect units etc. I'm also assuming you don't have one of these.

What I think we may need to do is something a bit on the technical side. I'll give you step by step instruction to help you through it. Thats really our next step to fix this issue. Just answer that first question of mine back at the top of the page first then we can get stuck in.
