I brought my xone dx unit from pro audio star in August and had it shipped to NZ, I have since been experiencing audio drop outs on the master and headphones, rendering the unit un-usable.
I have since discovered there is a know issue with the UK produced units in the serial number range of 3XXX, and that they need the specific part 003-881 PCB assembly midi slave replaced.
Im pissed off as it looks like there should have been a product recall on these UK produced units and Im now stuck in a situation where to get it repaired under warranty I will have to send back to the states and cost myself hundreds of dollars.
A & H should man up and sort this out to protect there Brand image.
