Hello
I have several problems with my controller.
During a set everything stopped, and Itch wasn't able to see the controller anymore sayin' that it was disconnected.
I changed the cable but same problem.
A window opened with this error #1
asking to update the firmwere, ok done.
after 1 hour more or less..CRASH again
and then I wasn't able to connect the controller anymore because it showed again the window with the error#1, but it wasn't able to update the firmwere anymore.
I think that it is a problem of the controller, because after the first time, I changed the cable, I downloaded again Itch and installed again...
Please let me know what to do

Hi Federica,

Can you please let me know your computer specifications? Can you also let me know the exact version of ITCH you are using? You can find the build number in the bottom left hand corner of the setup screen.

Yesterday I downloaded from Allen & Heath: Xone DX Control App
I opened again Itch connected with the controller but with the app close and crash again!!
So I disinstalled the Itch and I installed again (third time).
Then I opened Xone DX Control App
and in a second time the Itch
everything was working again, even the first cable, and also the feeder (I changed also that one, because it seemed to have problems)!
I mixed for 1 hour...but I don't know if it is stable for 4 hours dj set...
the Italian support of Allen is not answering...

It sounds like this is a hardware problem since it is having trouble updating the firmware. Unfortunately you will need to get in contact with Allen & Heath as they deal with hardware, we only make the software side of things sorry. You can find contact details here though:
