Hello i have a question,i purchased ,Video Sl,a couple of months ago,i installed to my HP lap top,i just bought me a Mac Pro,i download the Video Sl,again but it is asking me for the Code,and i don't have it.My question is,if i need to buy the program again since i lost my code & I'm using a Macpro.

I got my code as soon as i purchased.

@ DJ Alex Rico, all you need to do is de-authorise your code, then re enter the code in your mac.

You can install VSL on 2 computers but can only use 1 machine at a time.

Do a search on the forum, there is plenty topics about it.

i have checked it...havent recieved anything

@ DJ Alex Rico, im sure the support staff will be able to advise you further with codes if you contact them, as they will be able to check various database records and let you know.

@ DJBTK, you may also want to contact the support staff via e-mail, they are a friendly bunch, and should be able to help you.

Hi djbtk,

If you log in to your Serato.com user account and go to your Profile page>Click on ADD/Register New Product and there you will find your Video-SL serial number.

Let me know if you have any further questions regarding Video-SL.
