Audio goes out through your mixer as normal.

Can you explain more about what is happening and how you have it all set up?

when ever i connect the projector thro vga cable my out pot signal became nil

I'm not sure where in the audio signal path that you are loosing signal. Can you please have a look at this link which details connecting up the Rane SL 1.

the connections are perfect .. and it was as per the diagram only ..when ever i connect the projector (hish..... kind of noise is coming then audio signal is coming for 30 to 4o seconds after tht no signal @ all if i remove the projector immediately audio signal is coming .. it was fine earlier one day i changed some setup in audio (video sl ) after that day onwatds only this problem

Can you detail which settings you changed ? This may give us an insight into what may be causing this.

Try these settings in Scratch Live setup;

Scratch Live>Setup>Hardware>Buffer 10ms
Scratch Live>Setup>Display>Maximum Screen Updates 60 seconds Audio Cache 30

Video-SL>Setup>Output>Medium
Video-SL>Setup>Info>Buffer 500MB ( to begin with )

The othher possibility is the USB bus is faulty.

Try these settings and let me know if performance improves.
