I purchased this NS6 May 2011. I noticed during one my gigs, connected to NS6 via my computer, when I search for a song, either from the deck or my E drive, which is where my songs are, with 60 gb of free space, there is not response from serato itch.

Hi Orlando,

Has this issue come up multiple times? Did you eventually regain control of ITCH, or did you have to restart?

Is your E drive an external drive? Have you analyzed all your files and ensured none of them are corrupt?
