Does SL3 Core Audio work in Lion?

I can see that this has been asked before, but nobody was able to respond with any experience and those discussions have been closed.
I use my SL3 as a 6-in/6-out sound card for small recording sessions. I also use mobile me to sync 5 devices. In June mobile me dies and I have to be on OSX Lion to use icloud. The official word is that moving to Lion will kill Core Audio on the SL3, currently forcing me to chose between icloud and SL3 functionality.

Would someone with Lion and a SL3 who knows how Core Audio drivers work PLEASE try to install them and let me know whether it works or not? I know this particular issue has nothing to do with Serato, but this is the forum where I was directed to post any SL3 questions.

The SL3 Core Audio drivers should work fine with Lion. We have not heard of any known issues.

Then why do you list it as one of the "known issues"?

According to Serato, a few users had issues installing the drivers, so they wanted to add this to an FAQ (just in case), but I've never had anyone call or post about installation issues with our Core Audio drivers on Lion.

Make sure to install the 2.3.3 version of SSL and not the 2.3.0 version (just in case) :)
