its there something like lojack for laptop out there now? I would beat anyone to within an inch of there life if they stole my DJ computer. And then make the venue pay for a new one, cause security is there responsibility.

If I'm correct your serial will work on the new unit. I bought a Video SL from Guitar Center and the sales guy told me it was a return so I got it for $75. I know damn well someone installed it already cause it was opened but the serial yes will work without de-activating. Also yes there is a tracker for apple products but the lost unit must have finder installed.

Unfortuantely as you didn't register your product I don't have any reference to your Video-SL serial number on file.

Did you purchase a download version or a boxed version of Video-SL ? If it was a download version do you still have the confirmation email ?

If it was a boxed version do you still have the box and the serial number on the CD ? Do you have the box with the Stock ID on the side of it ? If so you can private message the Stock ID to me and we wil try our best to resolve this situation.

If you could let me know these details and we'll take itf rom there.
