Hi,

I'm experiencing audio drop outs with serato ITCH 2.1. I have everything turned off that I can in the background and my latency set to 1. It works flawlessly when I'm using it as a sound card, but when I'm actually using ITCH, the dropouts are occur at such a rate that it is quite bad. I've read many threads posted on here and I have no idea what to do next. All the help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Owen Lawless,

Let's try a few things. First could i get your computer spec's? Right click My computer Icon>Properties> should show you your computer specifications. Please link them here to me for a look.

Also have you tried a different USB cord? Are you using a USB Hub?

Let's try these things first. Let me know how you go.

Lets testing your latency out, your set to 1 try moving it to 10 and see if that helps :)
1 is harder on your CPU, 20 give you less response. So try finding the right spot.

Let me know how you go.
