Hey RobertM,
Maybe issues with your XML files within your iTunes library system. The data for each file within iTunes is saved to the XML file within iTunes and then other programs such as Serato Scratch Live use this to read info. Let re-make the XML file for iTunes then reload and see how we go.
Go to music>Itunes> rename your iTunes Library.XML to say OLDItunesLibrary.xml
open iTunes and play a few songs. It should then rebuild the XML database.
Re-open ITCH go setting>library>click off Show iTunes Library then Click on again and hopefully that should work.
Let me know how you go with that. If it doesn't work we can try something else.
