Make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime installed.
If you do, and your still having issues, please upload that file via the blue 'attach a file' link.

Try Zach's advice above mate, get the latest QuickTime installer and make sure that's fully up to date.

this is a brand new machine. it just installed the latest quicktime. any suggestions?

this is bonkers and I am wondering what the problem with this software is really. I disabled the 'read itunes library' then re-enabled it- it reads the tracks now but are not analyzed. Not a good look serato. I have the latest quicktime from apple and am running 2.3.3- 0_o

analyzing tracks now. i will give in to my ignorance of the application on the conversion phatbob- but this issue is new and doesn't seem completely worked out by vendor. lets see what happens after analyze is complete. still owe you and itunes card lets see if you can go 2 and 0 for the win. if so.. they need to employ you Sir.

this is a HUGE FAIL. sorry calling it like I see it. re-analyzed the tracks and they are straight from ITUNES mind you and they are still showing as corrupted. SMH. not a good look. this is a brand new machine- new software on everything and we are having this many problems already? really?! doesn't seem right to me. just saying.

did it again and they appear to be okay. smh. whatever. PhatBob I have a card coming your way for your time. Serato we need to hammer this out this is a tight application but the bugs are annoying as my ex!!!!

fader- go into set up remove the read itunes file- provided you have the latest quicktime. close the program meaning serato- go back to set up and re-check the read itunes option- re-analyze you should be good. may take a couple of times. good luck bruv.
