My problem is the most that it is wrong bpm of the songs, and grid are not positioned correctly, is there anything I can do something, or is it a typical problem with SERATO Itch?

For example, a song originally is 90 bpm can harbor up to 180 bpm + / ​​-

You can rebuild the overviews for the files in question, setting the bpm range when you do.

If you want to just change some you have already, highlight the tracks in the library, double click the bpm field and press alt+up arrow to double, alt+down arrow to halve.

The field is the "Grid BPM" and tap alt + up/down arrow"?
