When I convert a vob to mp4, the sound of some files are horrible (distorted) after the conversion, vob it plays no problem, I'm using the latest version of perian and handbrake. Already uninstalled and installed again and the handbrake still the same thing, only now he's writing the file with a m4v, what's the solution?

Are you using the VSL preset for Handbrake?

When i convert any files i have i manually change the file extension from m4v to mp4, then sent it to the cue to be processed.

This is why many VJ's don't use handbrake cuz it does this. Mpegstreamclip will not distort your files. Handbrake seems to have a problem with certain vob's.

Hi lecoroma,

I have replied to you in the other help thread and will close this thread as a duplicate. You can use MPEG Streamclip if you like as long as you follow the Video-SL guidlines on compatible formats and codecs you should be fine.

Thanks

Anthony

It would be another program without the MPEG Streamclip, Handbrake .
