I have a very similar problem. With mine, After about 30 minutes, the right channel glitches/then cuts out completely. I have to unplug then plug it back in to resolve the problem; however, the issue returns promptly, within 5 minutes, rendering the Xone DX useless. I have the most recent firmware update and the most recent Itch update, 2.1.0
I have tried re-installing Itch to no avail. I have also tried adjusting the USB Buffer settings, from 1ms up to 20ms, none of that makes a difference, except for making the wave files look glitchy when buffer size is too high. Same with Display settings. I have 8gigs ram and a SSD with my apps and dj music on it. It should be operating perfectly.
I have been using Serato for 6 years and have NEVER had a problem, not once. I was really hoping this machine would have it's bug's itched out, but without it being reliable, I don't want to use it.
Please advise~

Hi Coop Da Loop,
Thank you for providing thorough information about your issue.
Have you analyzed all your files and ensured none of them are corrupt?
Do you have any other USB devices connected to your computer when using ITCH?
Have you tried using a different USB cable? Different USB port?

Hi Martin,
Thanks for the prompt response.
Analyzed files, Yes. I use Serato as well and keep my files analyzed at all times.
No other USB devices plugged in during use of Itch.
I have tried both USB Ports as well as swapping cables from the cable that came with it to the usb cable that came with my SL4 box.
I was dj'ing at home to test this out again for more reference and I also turned off wi-fi and every other program. I made sure I was mixing with the levels low, and playing a variety of file types. (wav, aiff, mp3, etc) to see if I could narrow it down more. Same problem occured after a short period, about 26 minutes while playing one of my favorite and most often played mp3's. First, the right channel got quieter, then I turned the master gain down, and it came back for a few seconds, then when I turned the gain back up a little, the channel glitched and popped and cut completely. I quit and restarted Itch and the XoneDX but using the other USB port. The problem re-occured after a much shorter period, about 5 minutes after I restarted playing, about the second song.
I stopped playing, quit itch, and opened Serato, plugged in my SL4 box, and played the exact same songs. Serato worked,no problem, through all the tracks including the one that was playing when the Itch started bugging out.
I was expecting this unit to work and operate tried and true as my Serato boxes and Xone92 always have. If it's not going to be reliable and just work every time, I simply have no use for it.
Please advise me what to do next.

Im sure we can get to the bottom of this.
Can you try going through this guide here to ensure your computer is optimized for maximum performance: serato.com
When you have this problem come up, does the MIDI light pop up in the right hand corner?
Perhaps you could take a screen shot when it starts happening?
Also, is it possible for you to test the unit out on another computer to see if the same thing still happens?
Thanks :D
