i installed itch on acer aspir 8930cause my mac went broke (snif) now the problem is that if i download itch it says there is a problem with download but program works. major problem now is that i dont have sound on the headphones. leds are working, clearly everything in program works but i dont have sound.
any ideas on how i can fix this?
already tried to reinstall program and tried to connect the xone before or after i start itch program but nothing works
please help

Hi bman26,

Can you please ensure that if you go to Start Menu> Control Panel > Sound, that your DX unit is NOT selected at the sound device for your computer in either the playback or recording tabs.

Do you get any sound from any of the other outputs on the unit?
