Sorry to hear your having problems with your Scratch Live and Video-SL. Lets get them sorted.

Firstly, could you please detail your full computer specs including the graphics card that is installed as this will help us to troubleshoot your problem more acurately.

Are you using a full version or demo version of Video-SL ?

Which mixer are you using ? Are you using MIDI to crossfade the video ?

I would suggest updating your Mac OS to 10.6.8 also.

Are your video files MP4 ?

The recommended container is MP4 with the H.264 Codec for video and AAC Codec for audio.

The video part of your file should have keyframes every 15-25 frames.

If you use Handbrake to encode your video files we have created a preset you can use. There is a preset for PC and preset for Mac.

Some iTunes files will have DRM tags and will not play in other media players.

If you could let me know these details and we'll take it from there.

HI, I have a mac os x version 10.6.8 processor 2.4 duo core 4 giggs memory and i dj with a ttm 57 mixer and i mix all video's.. Just recently I came into a problem with my serato sl.. when playing video i notice ONLY on the right deck a still freeze in my monitor but the video still plays through, it' look as if it's a effect. but at default it continues.. I have ran multi trouble shootings,like retag, locate files, virus scan on my mac. I bored a friends computer and it won't do it.. please someone help,, Thanks

Could you please start a help thread of your own and we will assist you there as soon as possible.

I re-down loaded Scratch Live 2.3.3 and while in the process, I noticed that my settings had me using the Rane ttm57 . I'm currently using SL1. When I corrected my settings and re-downloaded Scratchlive my videos began to play without restarting from the beginning. Thank you for responding to my problem.
