I downloaded the newer version 2.3.3 and analyze my mp4 files. some of my files that were working on previous version 2.3.1 are now corrupt or damage... unable to open, even in quicktime . Also, in scratchlive some songs are name serato.dj ...when i drag the file to analyze it it shows the name and artist. I tried to go back to older version 1.9.2 still the same. HELLLLLLLLLLP!

Hi KRZYD,

Sorry to hear your having problems with your Scratch Live and Video-SL. Lets get them sorted.

Could you please detail your full computer specs including the graphics card that is installed on your MacBook as this will help us to troubleshoot your problem more acurately.

This shouldn't be happening in 2.3.3 as a lot of work has been done on the MP4 TAG LIB and other video related bugs. If they are deemed corrupt by Scratch Live 2.3.3 it is due to them not meeting the standard for that container or have corrupt frames.

Could you please attach some of the files in their original form and after they became corrupt ?

The TAGs written in Scratch Live 2.3.3 are NOT backwards compatible.

Could you also take a screen shot of your playlist that shows the files named as Serato.dj ?

Let me know these details and we'll take it from there.

Anthony
