That's strange. So can you explain in more detail how the buttons behave? Do they ever work properly or are they always like this?

Can you please make sure you have the latest firmware for the Xone DX - you can check in the Hardware tab of the Setup screen. Update it if you can.

Also I would suggest running the 2.1 installer again with the Xone DX connected just to double check you have the correct and latest drivers installed for it.

It's possible it may be a hardware fault but let's just rule out a couple things first :)

Ive recently went through my library and organized it along with re install Serato from original 2.1.0 download I installed the updates for firmware and still my controller still seems to get confused, when I press headphone cue itll come up green on track 4 yet when i press load to put on a song itll go on 3 and ruin my mix, shift and adjust will also stop working after a few songs so i cant put them on grid even after ive done it, and ill have to restart the program to get it to work. It will also come off beatgrid even after i have looked through to the end of the song and its on beat ill have to sit there holding adjust for a lot of songs to stay on grid even after I have went through the song and placed cues, and fit the bars around the track it just doesnt seem like it should be normal ive owned it for 3 months now and it seems to just not work as simple as i thought.

I'm a little confused. It's hard for me to say what the problem is without being 100% clear on what's happening. Would there be any way you could upload a video showing this? That would help alot :)
