I'm currently using the VCI-300 MK II as my primary mixer; I am experiencing problem with the right deck playing when I push the play button. I have restarted and rebooted my computer numerous times and the problems still exist....

Hi debrou,

Is the platter illuminate blue or red? It sounds like it may be a jog sensor adjustment issue. Here is a link in regards of it. Let me know if this helps. Thanks.
