Recalling loops function, a HUGELY important feature is not working. I am pretty sure you'd know about this, I am just wondering if you can tell me how to sort it out & if not, when?
The play head just does not jump to the loop so its useless.
Cheers

Hey spannerman,
This sounds like it is a bug unfortunately. I will log this with the development team and hopefully it can get fixed for a future update. I couldn't give any kind of timeframe as to when that could happen though sorry.
As a workaround I would suggest using the keyboard shortcut to jump to a saved loop. These can be found in the list here:

Let me know if you have any other questions.
Sam.

Hi Sam, I do have one more question. If I find it extremely unintuitive or annoying/time consuming to have to use the keyboard what do you suggest I do, or moreso, what other program, that works, do you suggest I use?
I truly find your reply unsatisfactory.
For anyone reading..... the product simply doesn't work!
Really Sam, what a joke.

I'm sorry that this is an unsatisfactory response for you but unfortunately its just a bug in software and there isn't much else we can do until it is fixed. All the bug fixes and features that need to be developed need to be weighed up against each other and a whole multitude of other factors and prioritized accordingly. Unfortunately this is why I couldn't give you any kind of timeframe as to when this could be fixed as with limited development resources it's not possible to fix everything at once.
If there is another software solution that works for you and does the job you need to do, then by all means I would suggest using that in the time being if the keyboard shortcut workaround is unsatisfactory.
Cheers,
Sam.

Wow, beta software released to the public as usual eh :-)
Here's to hoping the limited resources weigh this broken feature as important enough to fix. I think you should list this problem clearly on all related sales sites and or remove the feature from the list of can do's cause it aint working!
Cheers Sam
