After install of pitch n time 2.5 and 2.5.1. Upon boot up of protools when loading the plugins it will pause at pitch n time. After 30 seconds will crash protools to desktop. We have checked the ilok in another system that has pitch n time pro installed and it boots up as normal.

Hey northentone,

Could you please let me know your complete computer specifications and the version of Pro Tools you are running? Do any of your other plug-ins crash at all?

Sam.

I am running 8.1cs2. Windows XP pro. Intel Xeon X5450 @ 3.00GHz, 3.25 GB of Ram. Working on a protools HD system.

I have removed the plugin folder from protools and booted it with only Pitch n time installed and still crashes when I start protools.

Are you able to try downloading and installing the latest iLok drivers? You can find these here:

www.ilok.com

Let me know if this helps at all?

I have downloaded and updated my ilok drivers. I have tried my ilock in another protools with pitch n time installed and it works fine on his computer.

Hi Sam

Ive been trying this for a few days now and my system will not generate a crash report. It informs me that it is making one but when i open it, there is no data.
