Hi, I wish to transfer my license to another user and I seek approval.

Does this happen as part of the transfer process on the ilok website or do I have to do something beforehand?

Can you advise.

Hi Louisubsole,

Could you please email support@serato.com and provide us with your Pitch 'n Time serial number? Once we receive this and check it we can go and approve your license for you.
