Have you moved the file path of your video files ? If this is the case relocating your lost files may help.

Have you analyzed all your files and removed any corrupt files ?
What container and codec are you using ? .MP4 is recommended with H.264 video codec and AAC audio.
Do you have Perian for Mac installed ?
