Hi Pssquared,
Where did you purchase your version of Video-SL plug in ? Was it a boxed version or download version ?
When did you purchase the Video-SL plug in ?
When you enter the SVS# code to authorize the product what happens ?
If you could give me these details and we'll take it from there.

Hi I purchased it yesterday here on Serato site it is a download Version.
When I enter the SVS code it accepts it and authorizes it but the out put window still says demo mode and I can't make it fullscreen.

Hi Pssquared,
Ok, I suggest deleting the Video-SL plugin from your Scratch Live plugin folder and reinstalling it.
Usually it should overwrite your demo version, unsure why it hasn't.
You could de-authorize the plugin, delete it then reinstall and authorize.
Make sure to register your product then if you loose your SVS# there will be a record of it in your Serato profile.
Try the reinstall and let me know how you get on.

Ok iv just done that and it is authorized but it is still giving me the Demo on the output window.
Is it suppose to say demo and buy under the serial no boxes before I enter the the serial no because dat is what mine say?
Or should I just delete the entire scratch live and install it again.

Hi
One of your staff managed to help me out. This is what I had to do:
1/. Make sure you have your Video-SL serial number written down so you don't lose it. 2/. De-authorize and uninstall Video-SL (make sure you have the serial number written down otherwise you will lose it and have to buy it again). 3/. Close Scratch Live 4/. Go to (Username) -> Library -> Preferences -> com.serato.scratchlive.plist and rename this file to OLDcom.serato.scratchlive.plist 5/. Now run the Video-SL installer again and open Scratch Live and enter your Video-SL serial number.
Thanks guys.Great Service from all of you.
Ok let me go do what I do best now make South Africa Dance!lol
