Hi djcutson,
Did you purchase your Video-SL as a download or boxed version ?
You should always register your Serato products at serato.com this will give you access to your SVS# code in situations like this.
If it was a boxed version and you have no record of the SVS# code then the only way we can track the SVS# code is if you can get the 5 digit product ID from the Box that the Video-SL plug in was sold in.
The retailer where you purchased the product should have a record of this.
If it was a download version then you should still have a record of the SVS# code in your email account that you entered when purchasing the Video-SL plug in.
If you can give me the email account that was used to purchase the software we may be able to track it. Let me know.
