Hi guys,

Mac 10.6.8, i5 2,4 GHz, 8 GB RAM.

I have a problem with my SL4 box in connection with Serato Video-SL 1.2. I get on the right screen turns black. I can hear the sound but no picture. On the left channel, everything is normal. Text and image effects work as well as on the right channel.
The strangest thing however is that this problem with the TTM57-SL does not exist, only with the SL4 box. I use SL4 since about 5 weeks. In the first 2-3 weeks it worked, not after that.
I use MP4 video from Smashvidz. With Emergency Mix it does not work either.
What a crazy bug!

Which version of 2.2.2 do you have installed? Check the bottom left corner of the setup screen for the build. It should display either (22236) or (22237), thanks :)

If using the 22236 version, please update to the 22237 version here -> SSL for SL2 and SL4 ->serato.com

Hey Rookie,

VSL will only work when using decks 1 and 2.
With that said, change your primary decks to 1 and 2.
Once in two deck view you should see a white border around both virtual decks.
If you don't press the tilde key (upper left corner of your keyboard) to change to your primary decks.

Once your looking at the correct view all should work:)
