Hi I just noticed and got confirmed on your site -*and* can hardly believe - that you dont support Logic running in 64 bit mode with pitch and time LE?
If true, this is very very disappointing.
In the FAQ you tell something about 64bit operating systems, but that's not what the problem is about; it is about the application Logic running in 64 bit mode. I strongly hope you find a solution.

Hey hellleutel,

Unfortunately we can't support running in 64-bit mode until our chosen security partner develops new 64-bit drivers for use with their iLok keys. As soon as they do this we can support it. This is all explained in the FAQ.

Cheers :)

Hi thanks and sy for the late comment, yet I simply have to make it:

Yes, it is explained in the FAQ, still I see a huge difficulty; while I can still use all my other 32bit plugins using the 32 Bit AU bridge, there have passed many many months in which your software simply was not available in my working setup. For me as a paying customer its not relevant if that's Ilok's fault or not. The product simply is not functional. And rewinding my whole setup back to the old 32 bit days can certainly not be the answer.
My suggestion would be to offer us any kind of working solution. Or cancel the cooperation with ilok asap, i mean all those forums are full of unhappy or upset users. I'm sure youve considered this and maybe some user feedback still completes the picture.

best

Hey Ulrich,

Sorry I know it's frustrating. Unfortunately we are bound by Pace with this and it's not as simple as cancelling the cooperation. However, we are considering a workaround that will allow the license to work with 64-bit that might be out before their official 64-bit upgrade. That's all I can say for now but hopefully we are all not too far away.

Hi there it's me again. just wanted to share a reply I got from pace which I don't understand; maybe you could point us users to an Email-Adress where we can write to make things more urgent. Best, Ulrich

Hello Ulrich,

The issue is not a driver-based one.

I would suggest contacting these developers for further information on your question.

Thank you,

Hi

as far as I understand, many developers (Synthogy, Wavearts, Serato) are still not
able to offer 64 Bit support for useing their plugins in Logic without the AU
bridge because of lacking 64 bit Ilok drivers.
Can you please tell me when a solution is to be expected?

Hey hellleutel,

ILok have recently released 64-bit drivers for their iLok keys, which means we can now move on with development of our plugins to be compatible in a 64-bit environment. We don't yet have any release dates yet but make sure you are signed up to our newsletter for any news regarding this :)
