need support contact regarding owner transfer

hi serato,
purchased serato and need owner transfer/registration support.
have sent two emails via the common support link on your site.
no response thus far.
hoping to complete the transfer this week.
please advise.

Hi Brent,

If you are wanting to transfer a license from one user to another the current holder of the license must make the transfer by logging in to www.ilok.com. From there they can follow the steps to complete the process. If you are having other registration issues, can you please let me know what they are?

hi michael,
purchased this from a retailer. this was sold as a damaged box. PnTime was supposedly unregistered. when verifying the serial number on the owner manual at serato it comes up as being previously registered. at present i have no idea who has registered this to make contact with for ilok transfer.
this is were your records of prior registration to this serial
007277-000-3118-7524 would be necessary. have all package contents manual/small chip that fits in the ilok end/and receipt. please advise on how to proceed.
