i use Rane Series Dynamics.when i load two or three of these plug ins i get a bleeeeeeeeeeeep sound in the last channel i put this plug in.i think this problem exists after i install pt8? i don't remember well.when i try to reopen the last session again pro tools stops at activating inserts:kick.this is the first channel of my session which i have load both gate and compressor of Rane Series Dynamics

Hi vageli,

Do you have the latest version of the Rane Series Dynamics installed (version 1.2.1)? If not, can you please install this and see if this problem persists. You can download it here -> www.serato.com (click link).

Can you also please give me the specs of the computer you're using?

Hey vageli,

Thanks for the info. We'll need to try and reproduce this issue at our end, can you please tell me:

* What type of audio are you processing?
* Which verison of Pro Tools are you using?
* Does this happen everytime you use the Rane Series Dynamics?

Yes this happen everytime i use the Rane Series Dynamics and most with gate.

Unfortunately Michael has since left our support team, but I will do my best to chase up where he got with this.

I have attempted to reproduce your issue myself but was unsuccessful.

Just to clarify, how many instances will you load before the noise happens? You mentioned that you load two or three of the plugin on separate channels, does that mean on the third or fourth channel the noise happens?

Are you able to perhaps make a quick video using your mobile phone showing the steps you take to get this problem? Does it happen every time you load multiple instances of the plugin? Or only sometimes?
