Does the program react the same when you do not have the external connected? It could be a corrupt ScratchLIVE file on the external causing the issue...

i never have the ext disconnected. I usually just leave it in. Rafael can I call you?
RafaelM
6:00 PM - 20 January, 2011
Yes you can call me 425 355 6000. I would try it without the external connected to see if that is the issue - this way we will be able to determine where the problem is coming from - in order to track down and fix the problem.

When the external is disconnected my library disappears. Am I missing something? All my files are on my external drive
RafaelM

No - its supposed to do that.
Does the program crash when the external is not connected - or does the program only crash when the external is connected?

Good - so the problem is in the external HD.
Do this:
Close down the ScratchLIVE program
Go to the external HD
Change the name of the _ScratchLIVE_ folder to _ScratchLIVE_OLD
Make a new folder and call it _ScratchLIVE_
Go into the _ScratchLIVE_OLD folder and copy the entire Subcrates folder
Paste this Subcrates folder in the _ScratchLIVE_ folder you created
Now open the program - let it scan all tags.
Once this is done - see if still crashes.
