I have registered a new copy to our account. When I enter our iLok Account name "heppi" into the appropriate field and click "send" nothing happens.
I have tried this on Mac Safari, Mac Camino and PC Expolorer Browsers, but no change. :-(
Please solve this as quickly as possible as the software is needed, Thanks!

Hi Chris,

There has been a recent bug with the website that has been affecting this. It should have been fixed though now. Are you able to try again now and let me know if it works?
