Unfortunately Video-SL for ITCH is not possible at the moment. It is something we are wanting to do in future though although there is no timeframe I could tell you as to when this could happen. Make sure to check the newsletter and the forum for updates.

Have you got the playback keys use shift option enabled in the setup screen? If you do then you will need to press SHIFT + z, x, c, v, b, n

please i have a new problem i can't get my mac pro to work with sera to itch, would not connect to my numark v7 i don't get it i have been trying this for weeks and i can see now some other people having the same problem what should or can i do to make my new mac pro os x 10.9.1 to work with my serato itch? please help i never had problems with my other mac book

Hi dj nuthin daz,

- can you try using a powered USB 2.0 hub between your Mac Pro and your V7?
The Mac Pro's USB ports are all USB 3.0 and they might not be compatible with USB 2.0 devices.
A 2.0 hub could help to work around this issue.

- Do you have the latest drivers from Numark installed?

- Please note that ITCH does not support Mavericks (i.e. it may work but we haven't extensively tested that.)
Would you be interested in trying out the latest Public Beta of Serato DJ 1.6 ?
It has support for the Numark V7 added and is accessible from here:
serato.com

Let me know if any of the above suggestions solves the problem for you.
In case not, let me know so we can try some more things. :-)

i just noticed i had to update my unmark drive which i did now and it did work, but with a older version of itch so i updated it to the latest itch version and now it won't work anymore so what can i do now? because i really don't know this thing is killing me

Hm, yes, could you try to reinstall the driver for the Numark V7?

it should work with ITCH 2.2.2 and also with Serato DJ 1.6.0 which will be released in february.

If you want to give it another try, sure. :-)
But that's up to you. If it works and you're happy you can of course continue using the version that you currently have.
