Hello! I've been a proud PnT owner for years. Can't find the packaging (lost in flood). PnT is registered to my iLok and I don't see any serial info there. Pitch 'n Time, Serato Audio Research Ltd., License, Never... Anyhow, maybe since upgrading to 8.0.4, every time I run PnT, my audio is blank. I tried to do a gradual tempo change, but when I process. the audio is bank. Any ideas? thanks!

Hi dj2ndnature,

Are you using any other audiosuite plug-ins before you use Pitch 'n Time? There is a known issue with Pro Tools 8.0.4 which causes the processed audio to be blank or glitchy. This is detailed further here:

Let me know if this is what is happening. There is a fix for this which should be coming in a future release but unfortunately I can't give you any timeframe as to when this will be happening yet.

Pitch 'n Time 2.5.1 has now been released, which includes a fix for the issue Sam mentioned above. You can download this here -> www.serato.com (click link).
