ILOK authorize PnT

I purchased Pitch 'n Time in Jan '06. A few months ago I upgraded my PowerBook G4 to a MacBook Pro. I run Pro Tools LE 7.1.1. I have downloaded PnT 2.3.1 and have it installed but my ILOK says I need the response to the challenge I see. (I am running the ILOK with the PnT authorizer card inserted). I do not see how to get a response to the challenge so I can use PnT.

Hi,

A few questions...

Do you have any other iLok authorised plug-ins that do work with this new machine?
Can you make sure you have the latest iLok drivers installed. Here is a link to the latest ones from PACE website: www.paceap.com

Yes, my Waves plug ins work as does my Altiverb. I have downloaded and installed the latest iLok driver 5.5
My ilok account says my "trial has expired".
Again, I do have the PnT authorizer card in my iLok. I will be happy to provide serial numbers or date of purchase if you need that info.
When I launch Pro Tools, I have tried to not use the "use license card" option but the next prompt says I need a response to the challenge.
At the Serato web site register it says "Ilok authorization was included with product".
What am i doing wrong?

Hi,

You mean "trial has expired" is shown when you log in to www.ilok.com ?
What version is the original one you pruchased?

Hi Willis,

had you not authorized your iLok on your old machine?

The problem seems to be that your iLok isn't authorized, and the new version is not designed to work with the iLok cards. This is also hampered by the fact the old version won't work on your MacIntel machine.

Hello -
When I launch Pro Tools and it is loading, it pauses at the Serato plug in and asks to buy. This is when I see "your trial has expired". If I go to Ilok,com and clik on manage, it indicates I registered my Ilok on 1/27/06. I It says the PnT demo was downloaded on 9/18/06 and expired on 10/18/06. I purchased Pitch n' Time on 1/5/06. hmmm...

Hi Willis,

Please go here to download a new iLok auth for Pitch 'n Time Pro -> serato.com
Then head to iLok.com to download the auth to your iLok.

Hi

I have exactly the problem Josh described. I bought 2.2 and it obviously doesnt work on intel macs (I'm running PT 7.3.1 cs2 HD on a quad core intel) so I couldnt authorise. How can I get the authorisation to my ilok as PT does not offer me this option. I am the registered owner of the product. - My user name is emreram@gmail.com
