i have been using serato live on my laptop for years never had a problem, i recently got the dennon 50000 and started to use itch. Last night was my first performance with itch and it would freeze for a mili second every half an hour. So then i switched to serato and i had no problem. Can you guys help me so i can use ITCH?

Hey matt, yes i do everything in the at link i have a white macbook mac os x 106.4 2.4 GHz intel core 2 duo, 3 gb 667 MHZ, i have been using serato live and the hardware for a year almost now and never had a problem, even if i use wifi or a usb verzion doggle, but for the first tiem i used itch without wifi or the doggle it would freeze for a second every half a hour

Sorry, do you mean that for the first time you used ITCH with these on or off?

Sorry, just need to clarify exactly what you mean.

You used ITCH with these functions OFF, and ITCH did or did not have issues?

no problem, i used itch with wifi and the doggle off and itch did have the second freeze problem

OK - this is actually how you should run ITCH.

However, can you check to see if tags are being written when you eject a track. You can check this in the status bar above the left virtual deck.

Also if you are disabling beat grids in the setup screen, do you get any ease in these dropouts?
