tried to change the pitch and the result was a straight line with a pop?
The wave form disappears?

Hi Val,

We spoke on the phone earlier in the week :)

Are having this issue happen regularly? I think I asked you this the other day, but are you using any other plug-ins on the audio before you use Pitch 'n Time?

I'm having this problem, since upgrading to 10.6.4/8.0.4 .

If I open a session the plug in works on first try.

If I use another AS plugin, then try P'n'T it processes the file into something that looks like this. rdiv.com

Hi Jim,

Thanks for your post. This issue is one that we are aware of and are working on a fix for. Currently the only workaround is to not use any other Audio Suite plugins before using Pitch 'n Time.

Pitch 'n Time 2.5.1 has now been released, which includes a fix for the issue I mentioned above. You can download this here -> www.serato.com (click link).
