Hi Paul,
If you go to the Product Registration tab on your profile page (www.serato.com [click link]) you can view your serial number and send your license to your iLok account :)
Please let me know if you have any problems.

Hey Paul,
Pitch 'n Time is located in Logic's Time and Pitch Machine as an algorithm. If you open the Time and Pitch Machine, then click the Algorithm drop down box you will be able to select Pitch 'n Time there :)

Oh ok, that is strange! :-S
If you open Finder and go to the Macintosh HD -> Library -> Audio -> Plug-Ins -> Components folder do you see the Pitch 'n Time LE.component file in there?

Hey Paul,
In Logic can you click on Logic Pro -> Preferences -> Audio Units Manager and see if Pitch 'n Time is enabled? If it is, it will have a "tick" in the Logic column. If it isn't, can you please click the check box to enable it. Please let me know if that helps.
