I've taken a look at the products you've registered and there appears to be an extra license of Pitch 'n Time Pro which you've purchased and the authorisation has failed. I've reset this, so if you now go here ->
www.serato.com (click link) you'll be able to enter your iLok user ID and have the license sent to your iLok account.
Do you now have all the licenses that you should have?
