You can register any copies of Pitch 'n Time Pro you have by going here -> www.serato.com (click link). From there you can enter your iLok account details and have the licenses sent to it.

Ive gone through this stage already. I'm entering the serial number and the ilok id. I then get a message saying the product is already registered and then nothing comes through to my ilok account.

I've taken a look at the products you've registered and there appears to be an extra license of Pitch 'n Time Pro which you've purchased and the authorisation has failed. I've reset this, so if you now go here -> www.serato.com (click link) you'll be able to enter your iLok user ID and have the license sent to your iLok account.

Do you now have all the licenses that you should have?
