That would be the varispeed (resampling) algorithm. Use the arrows on pitch panel to get to varispeed mode. I'm not sure whether you want to go from 44.1 to 48, or 48 to 44.1

44.1 kHz to 48 kHz: type 91.875 as Tempo change percentage
48 kHz to 44.1 kHz: type 108.84354 as Tempo change percentage

I played a file of 48Khz in 44.1Khz and have taped it. I want to match the thing which I played in 44.1Khz with a file of 48Khz. The value of length was perfect at 91.875%. I want to give an accurate value of pace. .
Perhaps I think that it is 1semitone46cent rank. .

My appologies, i described how to do this in Pitch 'n Time Pro.
Do you own Pitch 'n Time Pro or Pitch 'n Time LE?

In Pitch 'n Time Pro:
On pitch panel you can see the "< MODE >" buttons. Keep pressing the right arrow until you reach "Varispeed" mode. Than set tempo to 91.875. The length will be adjusted, and pitch will be corrected.

In Pitch 'n Time LE:
There is a little button between tempo slider and pitch slider. Switch this button on and you will be able to move both sliders at the same time. Therefore pitch and tempo will be adjusted at same time.
