I installed Serato, no problem. I hooked up Serato and my decks, Serato records and mixer to Serato as instructed. I configured ITunes and Serato loaded ITunes. I can drag and drop a song into Serato and it loads ok. BUT when I want to play the tune is does not play. I am baffled why this is. I checked my: utilities/audio MIDI setup and there is no Serato MIDI device. Is this the problem? Is this a driver problem? please advise. thanks

Hi jason - what play mode do you have the decks set in? To control playback with your turntables or CDJs they need to be in either Rel or Abs mode, not Int mode. Could this be the problem?

The decks' Thru buttons aren't on are they?
