having to use the beta version due to itch not supporting windows 7...currently receiving bleeds from platter to platter...just bought my ns7 and I'm very disappointed that I can't experience it's total functionality due to this software issue.How long before a version that will support windows 7 will be released?Can't afford to purchase another laptop.

Itch 1.5 supports windows 7.
The 64 bit driver currently is in its final beta stages.

Will the 64 bit driver rid me of my issues? I was told that my issues wouldn't be resolved until the software that will support Windows 7 is completed.

I have a new NS7 that I cannot enjoy due to this software issue...not happy @ all.

Itch 1.5 supports 64 bit.
Have you tried the driver it should work fine.

Well, I tried it..downloaded and installed 1.5, it didn't work.Still bleeding from one platter to another,uncontrollable increases in pitches on platters, screeching.My only question is"How long before the release of the software that will support Windows 7 (with Home Premium) that won't have any problems".I know...after I give up and buy another laptop...yeah a MAC.If it comes to this I will never purchase another Numark/Serato product ever...Does anyone have any other helpful tips they'd like to share?I'll try anything to make this $1200.00 headache go away.

Hello, I suspect that there is some sort of software hardware conflict at play here.
I would recommend giving us a call directly we can take a look at your computer and unit for you remotely via remote support.
