The logitiel itch functions very badly with the controller v7

I have a computer HP core2 quad with 4G of RAM. Windows functions with Vista 64bit.I have to install itch 1.5 with driver 2.9.9 for the v7. Nothing functions well. The controller does not react very well with itch. Delay over the time of reponce 1 or2 sec. Does some time, the controller v7 function more… Probleme of driver???
