Every time I open 1.9.2 it automatically starts both decks in thru mode. Minor problem but it pisses me off that I can't just set it to be off and have it stay next time I open SL.

Thats the way it is. Its so music doesnt stop if you are playing CD while you are setting up.

I aggree it is frustrating tho maybe they should allow us to set what we want a default.

Yea, I mean it's a minor thing and I know 2.0 is going through the ringer right now so it would be nice if that little setting could be added in settings......or even give us an ini file to change.

Safety feature so you don't cause the crowd to hear crickets when you first plug it into the system. We weighed that option here and all decided it would be best for this than to disrupt the flow at the club.

Unfortunately, it forces those who work on stuff at home to conform to the same thing club DJ's are doing.

I'm just saying I don't understand why there isn't a setting that can be changed. Its not like there aren't other settings a person can mess with that can screw up a gig.

I use the control CD in my Denon DN-S3700's. If music is playing and I start up SL with thru mode on and nudge the table the audience gets a nice 2 khz tone blasting them in the face. I'm not sure how that's better than having thru mode off, or at least the option to have it off.

I will pass your feature request onto the developers. They will know how often we hear this type of request. The more we hear things, the more likely to see them happen ;)
